At a time when our founder believed the organization didn’t need a loud social presence or serious website, I made the case for visibility as a core part of trust and strategy. I led a full digital rebrand — from advocating for the first in-house social staffer to overseeing a full redesign of the Public Wise website, with accessibility, credibility, and narrative clarity at the center.

I managed vendor sourcing, design direction, stakeholder alignment, and system implementation. The new brand identity and digital infrastructure supported the rapid growth of our team, projects, and public recognition — including national media features and award-nominated tools like the Insurrection Index.

Outcome: 220% growth in social following, 204% growth in email list, 65% increase in Social Authority Score, and a trusted digital presence that matched the ambition of our mission.
