I support small teams and founders during moments of growth, transition, or recalibration. But long before I put a name to it, I was doing this work in city government, advocacy orgs, and national movements — often as the right hand to visionaries building something big.

From producing a national film festival in Iowa to launching a Webby-nominated accountability tool during a constitutional crisis, my work has always been about the same thing: helping mission-driven teams make their ideas real, with strategy and care.

This portfolio includes both snapshots from Team Javier offerings and highlights from past leadership roles. Some stories are anonymized. All reflect the kind of systems-building and impact I bring to every partnership.
